    question need help

I bought a riding lawn mover from Home Depot for about 1300.00 and used their credit card 12 months no interest. I bought it February 2009 and had hours cut May 2009. I will be filing August 2010 because I have to let some stuff age and income to be down since lost hours.

Will I have to give this back, or what should I do. I just use it to cut my grass which is a very large back yard. I am not able to pay any of my creditors my hours will only let me keep up with house and car and bascis.

I dont want this to seem as if I was trying to sneak anything through. Talking to people has me really scared. I called home depot and they will not take it back.

    Thanks

    Nobody wants used mowers.
When you file it'll be listed as secured but, HD will just abandon it to you. The cost of picking it up and disposing of it makes it more trouble than it's worth to them.
    Ride on!

You will be fine. As keepmine said, no one wants used mowers. Especially since you are waiting til August 2010 to file.

      Good luck to you!
