    Whooo hoooo

    Had out trustee meeting today, she was nice but very hard on people (they deserved it), she didn't crack a smile.

    All of the people before us had tough questions to awnser about their corvette, paintings, and goats...so when it was our turn..i was sweating.

    We also have a motorcycle with a loan on it and i was told she does not work with people on the motorcyle thing, so i was very surprised when ours went as smooth as it possibly could, when we got out, our lawyer said wow- you guys did great (no small talk, jokes stuttering etc), he seemed like a proud mother! lol

    so here we go (i hope) into the 60 day club.

    ps...our lawyer even said that we had a tough trustee, so i feel happy that it went so good---I havent been this relieved and calm in alot of years, although its not over yet.

        ok, just checked pacer, and it has a us trustee listed (no name, just us trustee....wtf, the meeting yesterday, could not have went any smoother.

        so should i be expecting to hear something from the us trustee or something..please help everyone.

          That may not be anything to worry about. I believe every case has the UST listed as being assigned to the case. Where in Pacer do you see it?

            not too sure how to explain where i found it, because pacer is kinda confusing to me, but i ran a query (sp?), and found it somehow....it just makes me nervous, if the us trustee had an interest in our case, wouldnt we have known..or atleast the trustee at our meeting yesterday, would have known?

              The UST is listed on every BK. That just shows they get copies of all filed documents. Not to worry at this point IMO

                Yea, what whipster said. I'm pretty sure UST is listed on every BK case. I don't think you should worry about that.

                    I was totally entertained while i waited for my turn. Also my attorney just emailed me back, and said that yes all bk filings get a copy sent to the us trustee. So i think we are good! I think we have the best lawyer in the state of minnesota.

                        Thanks for the congrats everyone, I was going nuts up until my 341 meeting, now, even just 2 days later...I am so much more relaxed. What a nice feeling! Hoping for a Aug 10th discharge day...How do you guys list that info, for all to see?

                            Congrats!!!!!!!......I know how you feel...we are on the less than 30 days to 341 and just want it over with!!!!
