debts that i am up to date on?????

hi to all,

Do i need to list the debts that i am current on? as i look at my credit report there are the debts that i am behind on and then there are the ones i am either current or i do not owe anything, do i need to list the ones i am current and the ones i do not owe anything as well?

And how about student loans do i need to list them? I know i can get them discharged but do i need to list them?

If your balance at the time of filing is 0.0 thenyou don't have to list.

If there is any balance whatsoever for any debt public or private then legally you have to list it.

Yes you would list the Student Loans I'm pretty sure, and yes they can't be discharged.

PS Don't list utility companies unless you have past due balances with them and its more in your interest to catch those up.
