Since it's a no-asset case, they are probably not harmed by this. It doesn't extend the date. They could complain that they didn't get adequate time to oppose discharge, but if they had no grounds to start with... it's moot.
I believe that when you amend, the creditors added must be "served" by your attorney (a copy of the Notice of Bankruptcy as well as some other portions of your petition). I don't know the specific rule.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
