Hello to all the people who has a good heart who will be kind enough to explain me or send me links or help me find this form
I just filed my petition and i received my case number and court hearing VERY VERY NERVOUS about it. Along with the notes i have this paper saying

CASE COMMENCEMENT DEFICIENCY NOTICE
To Debtor and Debtor's Attorney of Record
YOUR CASE MAY BE DISMISSED IF YOU FAIL TO CURE THE FOLLOWING DEFICIENCIES.

1. Statement of Related Cases required by Local Rule 1015-2 (have no idea where this form can be find)
2. Notice of Available Chapters signed by Debtor(s) [11.U.S.C 342(b); :Local Rule 1002-1(g)] (where should i find this form?)
3. Exhibit D ( does this mean i have to send them the exhibit D again)
4. Debtor's Certification of Employment Income ( I think i have seen the form is this just the form that i need to sign and verify?)

And another paper that says
NOTICE OF REQUIREMENT TO FILE A STATEMENT OF COMPLETION OF COURSE IN PERSONAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
(Official Form 23) (does this mean i have to do the financial management now?)

along with that note they have a paper that says
DEBTOR CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION OF POSTPETITION INSTRUCTIONAL COURSE CONCERNING PERSONAL MANAGEMENT
it is form B23 (official form 23-12/08)

Any one who can help i will greatly appreciate it.

Go directly to your districts website and look under forms for the appropriate form. They should all be there

If the deficiency notice says you didn't turn something in, but you thought you did, turn in another one, because what the court believes they have/has is what matters, not worth taking a chance on.

Fill them out and take them to the court before the deadline expires, or you will get dismissed.

The debtor ed course, you have a bit longer to turn in, but it is best to get it over with, turned in and not worry about missing a deadline.

I see our other resident pro se guru is helping you. Please be sure to cure that filing deficiency before your case gets dismissed. It appears that most of those forms requested are "local" forms and are required by the local District.

If you're "close" to your District courthouse, then you can get them from the Clerk, otherwise, checking the Website for your local court, as dingdong pointed out, is the best thing. You can also call your case manager (yes, you have one!) in the Clerk's office to find out exactly where to get them. Remember, you can ask them any "procedural" question, but they will not help you with legal questions.

Haven't quite reached the GURU status in my eyes ( though by my post count I do blab a lot) but I appreciate the affirmation.

Unfortunately I do have direct experience with deficiency and dismissal, nailed that one down pretty quick in my BK experience.

Hey, when someone has a California procedure question.... guess who I'm going to point the poster to? ;) I think this site benefits from the collective experiences of its members. You certainly have gone down that "dismissal" route and even were reinstated, discharged, and closed!!! Bravo.
