Filed on 1/21/09 PACER says my status is Awaiting First Meeting!

Filed BK in Maryland on 01/21/09
Hand 341 on early harch I forgot when.
But the docket on March 5th 2009 says There is property available for distribution from the esate over and above that excepted by law, and under the law I was fully administered. The trustee also requested to be discharged from further duties as trustee.

It's been close to 80 days! Do I need to call up the Bk Clerk? or just sit quiet and wait?

You can call and ask... sometimes it doesn't hurt! They may tell you that they are busy especially because your case is an asset case and they may not have completed the "final audit" yet.

Again, it never hurts.
