On the voluntary petition, on the 2nd form, it asks "All Prior Bankruptcy Cases Filed Within Last 8 Years".
I did have a past bankruptcy due to my ex-wife that was filed on May 2nd, 2001. I know that I am in the clear to file again, but should I list that bankruptcy on that form? Technically, it has been more then 8 years since my ex-wife and I filed.
