I had my 341 this afternoon and it went ok. I was up there a minute or two. Questions asked
My address
He asked about the house that I am on the deed to but not the mortgage. I told him that was my BF's house and it was being foreclosed on. He asked what was owed and if I thought there was any equity in it... there isn't.
Then he asked if I had paid any single creditor $600. in the last 3 mos.--No
Asked if I had less than $1000.00 on filing day...yes
Asked if I had given $1000.00 to family in the last year... no
Asked about my 1995 Travel Trailer. He said I put a value on it of $1000.00, he said do you think you can get that much. I told him if he was lucky, it is in rough shape. ( Side note, I didn't think of it until after I left but if they want it, the trailer will have to be towed because the tires are bad and flat and I can't afford to put new ones on it.
So I don't know if the TT are interested in it or not but if I have to lose something, I guess that is the thing to lose. If it comes to it I suppose I could offer $500.00 to keep it, we'll see.
He asked about my vehicles, I have my truck and the Harley. The Harley is jointly owned with the BF. So I will probably have to surrender it but he is current on his payments, so they can't take it from him. The truck I think will be ok.
Not a thing was mentioned about my house that is in such bad shape so my attorney must have gotten that to fly. I would think that would have been mentioned if I had to worry about that.
So basically that was it. What do you all think... would I have been under more scrutiny if there were any major issues?
How soon would anything show up on Pacer now?
Thanks everyone!
