It says More Time needed on Pacer

Hi All
I had my 341 early in May in Houston and two days later the trustee put on Pacer that he needed more time to review documents. I have only been sweating for a few weeks now, any helpful advice.
Also the US Trustee sat in on my session I guess because I am a bit over the median.

Yes the UST gets involved when your over the median.
