    Finally moving ahead!

    We are taking our before class tomorrow, and meeting with lawyer Saturday to sign papers!

    I think she won't be able to actually file until Tues or Weds. since today is payday. Must wait for that money to get out of the bank. I think...or is it at the 341 that I must be broke?

    Either way, we are broke all the time!

    Yes, you should have as little $$ as possible in the bank on THE DAY you file your petition.

      How do they know how much money you have on that day? I sent my lawyer my most recent bank statements (all he asked for) but they were dated like 5/25... I of course had a lot more money on 5/25 than I do now... do I provide them another account snapshop the day of?
