If a creditor plans to show up at the 341 meeting, would that be shown on Pacer BEFORE the 341 meeting? If yes, where would it be shown?

Over 40 views and noone knows? I'm just curious b/c my 341 is coming up and I was wondering if information would be on pacer...I guess I'll find out on my own. -
No, that wouldn't be shown on Pacer. Creditors don't have to tell the court they're coming--they just show up.Comment

Creditors very rarely show up at 341. I read that Credit Unions do tend to show how to get the debtor to reaffirm loans/cars, etc. Why do you think a creditor will object to your BK petition?May 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs

I don't think a creditor would object, I was just wondering if anything like this would show on pacer since I'm not too familiar with Pacer. I was curious as to what type of information would show up. Thanks.Comment
