MSA: Child Care Expenses - Sch E or Sch. F?

Per our marital settlement agreement of 1998, my ex-spouse and I share Child Care and Medical expenses 50/50 for our two children. My ex-spouse has custody, and makes far more income than I do. There is no alimony or child support.

I lost my job and now owe $5,000 for the last few years to my ex-spouse. I have verbally agreed to honor this debt, eventually, when I have more income.

Question:
Would you use schedule E (unsecured priority claims) or put this on schedule F?

You would put it on Schedule E, under Alimony,Maintenance, and support. And follow the directions for reporting the claims on the last sheet of the schedules, schedule J . I believe.
