    Waiting for the other shoe!

    We filed March 30 - Ch. 7.
    80k+ unsecured
    Reaffirmed house + 2 cars.
    Over the median by 23k.

    341 (1st week of May) went fine - had to provide a little more paperwork...
    Just found out the US Attorney "signed off" on our case last week.

    I just can't believe this could be over soon...

      Yes, I'm curious too, what extra paperwork was needed? I'm over the median by 20k too and my 341 is June 29th.
      May 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs
      May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
      May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
      9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!

          We had to provide a closing statement because we sold a house 2 years ago.
