    Que the hamsters...

    Last day for objections was Friday and today Pacer has a request for discharge. It is not signed though. My status is now "awaiting closing."

    Is that a discharge? Or do I have to wait for the judge to sign it?
    12/05/08 - filed pro se
    01/27/09 - case dismissed and closed - 02/24/09 - case reopened and dismissal vacated
    04/01/09 - new 341 scheduled
    6/02/09 - DISCHARGED!!!

    Wait until the State reads Discharged Awaiting Closing. I'd wait to see the Discharge Order and Injunction.

    Anyhow... I'm sure the hamsters are warming up.

      Poor lil hamsters are exhausted. They power my crapmobile of a car and today I had the AC on (it still works!) I'll give them a rest for tonight I guess.
