    Subpoena, but filed?

I received a subpoena to appear in court for a deposition of my assets yesterday. I filed BK two days ago. My deposition is suppose to be held in two weeks. I'm suppose to bring in bank statements, canceled checks, pay stubs, etc. I do know that I should up to this regardless, but since I have filed already. Do I still need to bring all of the information with me?

    Thank you for any help!

if this deposition is some creditor's attempt to collect money from you, then it's automatically stayed once you filed bk. they probably didn't know yet because it had only been one day. technically they violated the automatic stay by giving you a subpoena after you filed. tell either the creditor or the court where it's supposed to be that you filed bk. or tell your lawyer if you have one. it should stop and you shouldn't have to appear at all for this subpoena.
