Hello all, new here/Pacer info question

First of all I'd like to say that this site has been a wealth of information. Thank you all so much for that.

I filed Chapter 7 on 3/26/09, my 341 meeting was on 4/29/09, I'm now awaiting discharge.

Here is my question. I learned of Pacer from this site so I registered and pulled up my case just to see what it said. I understood most of what it said except for this part:

Nature of debt: consumer (I get this part)
Pending status: Awaiting First Meeting (I don't know what this means)
Flags: DebtEd (I THINK I know what this means)

Any words of wisdom regarding~ Awaiting First Meeting?????

That is your 341 Hearing, also known as the first meeting of creditors.

Debt Ed, second counseling course.

Look in status section to see if status reads terminated for 341.

No biggie if it doesn't

I took it to mean 'awaiting the 341 meeting' as well. Problem is, I had the 341 meeting on April 29. Do you think it just hasn't been updated? Thx!

My status also says "Awaiting first meeting", even though I went the last week of March. My docket report shows that I attended the meeting.
