Well my week is here. Friday, June 5th I have my 341. I still haven't signed up for Pacer. If I sign up now would there be anything on it that would give me an indication of what my TT is thinking or would it give me an indication if they have already said no assests or is that decided after the 341?

I don't think it will show anything, but you could always just login and check your flags.

Well I am trying to hold off getting on Pacer until after 341. No need to spend the money if there is nothing there to see yet.

Thanks for the good thoughts. I will be hopefully done by the time you file but for all this site has given me, I will be sticking around to offer encouragement.

Now I am getting nervous but by this afternoon my 341 will be over.

jb, we all wish you well. When you get onto PACER, it is pdf format. Download the latest reader and save and rename by the generic number they give and type of document. They have a habit of giving it some junk name you cannot remember. Then if you wish to reprint anything, you won't have to go back and pay PACER again. Two things will interest you. Your mailing matrix and your creditors list. Two unsecured creditors attempted to file for priority payment. This held up my closing now for 60 more days. I'm still not closed after 270 days after discharge. I was an asset case though. 'Hub
