So I was issued my discharge in my case on May 27. YAY! My mother has a disney vacation timeshare and she wants to add me to the deed. When would be a good time for this? Obviously I don't want the bk court taking anything away. I don't know if that is even possible after discharge. So veterans what are your opinions on this?

We have a DVC timeshare as well. Love it..hope we can keep one of them. We have 2 contracts..one is paid off (and not sure if Trustee will make us sell it) and a small 50 pointer that we still pay $60 a month on. (Hope to re-affirm that). I would think that since you are discharged that everything is done and over and if your mom wants to add you on the title there's noting they can do. I am not a lawyer, but once you're discharged, you're discharged and no one else can come after you.Comment
