How do you find out if something is "flagged" on pacer? Will it actually state it or what?

While it will cost you $0.08 to access it. Pull up your case in PACER. Then click "Case Summary".
You will see something like
Pending status: Awaiting Confirmation Hearing ,Awaiting Discharge
Flags: DebtEdDue, CONFIRMED
