    Flags on Pacer?

How do you find out if something is "flagged" on pacer? Will it actually state it or what?

    #2
While it will cost you $0.08 to access it. Pull up your case in PACER. Then click "Case Summary".

    You will see something like

Pending status: Awaiting Confirmation Hearing ,Awaiting Discharge
    Flags: DebtEdDue, CONFIRMED

The Flags contain important things about your case. Jot down the flags and pending status and let us know what it says.

Thanks justbroke, I checked and it just says awaiting discharge under pending status nothing alarming that I could see.

So, what day are you on? (Since your 341 Meeting was scheduled?)

We are on day 35. We had some friends that had their 341 a couple hours before us, same lawyer and trustee and they were discharged yesterday already. I thought that it took at least 60 days to be discharged, but I guess not, because they already are, lucky ducks, lol.

It's 60 days from the first scheduled 341 Meeting of the Creditors. They were probably on a continued meeting.

You cannot be discharged before that 60 days, as it allowed the creditors time to file their claims for non-dischargeability. It acts as a discharge date and as a bar date.

That makes sense. They did have a date before that but the lawyers para legal messed up a number on my friends ss and trustee made them reschedule wouldn't ammend. I am just counting down the days now and praying nothing pops up negative.
