    ? about household size

Sorry for the seperate threads today. I'm starting to fill out my 'homework papers' from the attorney.

My mom is staying with us for a few months, do I need to list her even though she doesn't contribute anything to monthly expenses?

    TIA.

She counts as far as the household size. If she doesn't contribute anything towards the expenses, then her income doesn't count. If you don't need her in your household calculation, then I'd leave her off. Of course, consult with your attorney on this.

Actually, she would help us get under median (without waiting for income to drop off) if I could count us as a 4 person household instead of 3. hmmmm...will have to email the attorney & ask. Thanks for replying.
