National Auto Finance, anyone?

Has anyone dealt with them? My car is financed through them. This week is the first non-payment for me. I plan on letting it go back in the BK but just wondering how long I have to find a replacement car. I don't plan on filing until August (to let income drop off) and need to save up some for a replacement.

Will I get calls this month since its just the first month they don't receive payment? When should I expect to start getting calls?

We have a truck and we HAD a car through them. They contacted us after a few weeks and offered us a 2 month deferral-They charge for this though. For us they wanted $50 a month so $100 total. We let the car go back but we filed within 2 months. It took another 6 weeks after that before they came and got it.

Thanks for the info, I'm hoping to make it till the end of Aug, but maybe not after reading your post. lol
