    Change in come after 341.

Just filed Chapter 7. If my income or expenses change after the 341 do I have to report it? I am collecting unemployment right now.

Since you filed Ch 7, your bankruptcy estate was set on your filing day.

The only income that may be taken by the trustee for six months after filing is if you receive an inheritance. Under the bankruptcy law, any inheritance you receive within six months of filing becomes property of the estate and can be seized by the trustee and distributed to your creditors like any other non-exempt asset.

Otherwise, unless your trustee requests at your 341 or provides a letter stating that you must report other changes before your case is closed, you are typically good to earn more income or change your expenses.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
