Let's see He asked If I had read the papers, if I had actually signed the papers, if I was employed, if anything had changed since the filing, if any creditors needed to be addded, why we filed and if we had been advised what it would do to our credit rating.
It took less than 10 minutes and we were done.

I'm in the Bay Area and was asked if anything changed since filing. Basically had to state my name and SSN, if I prepared the papers myself w/o any assistance (I filed pro se), whether anything had changed, whether I had filed BK before........I think that was about it.Filed Ch. 7 Pro Se: 12/11/08
