7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!
I took all of the paper work they requested and also sent in copies to the trustee but I was never asked for anything other than proof of Id. Good Luck, it should be a breeze I had myself worried sick over nothing. Mine took less than 5 minutes, worst part is waiting the 60 days for discharge. My 60 days is up on June 6 and hopefullly will get the discharge soon after.
Thank you everyone! As you can see by the posting time, I'm a little stressed. Can't sleep. But I keep thinking, whatever is going to happen, at least it will be over one way or another soon. To the person who asked me what I'm bringing, my lawyer only told me to bring my ID and Social Security card, so that's what I am doing. Maybe I'll bring my tax returns ... but he has all that, and he's been (relatively speaking) on top of things thusfar. So I tried not to stress too much about making sure I had double copies of every receipt, bank statement, etc. I've been a *RESTRAINED* user of PACER and all my docs/counseling certificates/etc. have been filed in a timely and correct manner, so I think this atty knows his stuff. If anyone is filing in NYC and needs a reference, PM me. I'll report back afterwards.

p.s. To the member who suggested I do something nice for myself, I'm going for a long bike ride by the Hudson before, and treating myself to an inexpensive massage afterwards
