I posted second on this thread, saying was looking for my lawsuit any day. Well, I got served today by the sheriff's department. It was one of the smallest amounts that I owe, and also the only local place that I owe, one of those loan companies. Everything else is to cc companies. The last time I paid them was Oct 08 and I owe around 2500.00. So now it's time to file the papers.

I had 6 cc, I stopped paying June 2006, I was sued by Captone Aug 2008. Noone else sued me. I filed Jan 2009 bkruptcy. Believe me Captone is sueing for 500.00 , 2000, 5900, I know people who have been sued. You can go to your local county website clerk of court and find it there. if judgement it will also be on your credit report.
The bankruptcy will take care of it judgement or not .chpt 7 ,5-2009Comment
