We received the reaffirmation agreement from our car loan bank. We want to reaffirm, we have a great rate, and probably would not be able to get one like that for quite some time if ever - so they sent us a reaffirmation agreement and they will file it with the court for us. We are pro se, so we have to attend another hearing regarding this. My question is: for any pro se'ers out there, what did you list in the area where it asks about the reaffirmation being a hardship and the circumstances it should be allowed to be reaffirmed?
Is putting "Our extended family has committed to helping us with this cost, should be be unable" acceptable? If not, what did any of you put on there?
I ask because when we did our means test, schedules, etc - we are $339 in the negative. We have things coming down the pipe like a mortgage loan modification, etc - but in reality our family will help with the car if needed. We need it to keep our jobs/travel to work.
The payment is $534 on one and $381 on the other.
