    Letter from Attorney

Letter from Attorney came in mail today with copy of my discharge that I got on May 13, advising me of my finalization of my case I guess. They said any further assistance would be a additional fee. If anyone attempted to collect please contact them for further services. Weird I thought.
Now can I throw away all my paper work except discharge? I hate to collect paperwork.
I swear I will never look in Pacer again, I became addicted. I never got billed I used up to about 8.00.

I would not throw away your petition. Just keep your petition and discharge order. You may need them from time to time to deal with possible (albeit rare) collection activity after discharged debt.

Keep your entire petition, especially your matrix as some CA pop up out of the woodwork, and you may need it to prove a debt was discharged in BK if a JDB gets a hold of the debt.

YES! I received a bill from a medical creditor today. It was one that was discharged in my bk. They attempted to object and make their $500 buck bill a priority claim. That was thrown out and declared to be paid as non-secured. Well today, I got a bill for half that amount from the same creditor. Mrs. C and I figure either they got paid a little and are billing us for the rest, or they are attempting to fool us. In any case, I am sending them the Judges Order to dismiss their claim as priority. They are breaking the law as I see it, but I will let it go this time. 'Hub
