    This is funny/great!

Just got my Chase bill and I remember hearing something about not having minimum payments this month. The June 15th payment to them would be the first late payment for us since deciding to file. So technically we won't have a late payment with them until after th July 15th due date and we're going in on July 20th to sign our papers so hopefully I can avoid a bunch of calls from them. (fingers crossed anyways)

    Mu-hahahahahaha!

I just got my bill from them and have no payment due as well. I don't know what to do about it. I did charge on them over $1000 ( no larger purchases just lots of smaller ones) in Feb/Mar and I wanted to make good faith payments. After the last charges I paid them in March, April and was going to make a May payment, but am tempted to just let it go and not pay them anymore. Would that look bad or should I just delay the payment and pay them in June what I would have paid them in May? That will help delay the phone calls another month and I will still make three payments after charging. I plan to file Aug 1.

This is JMO & I'm no expert so take it with a grain of salt. I wouldn't pay them if you're filing soon. Depending on the amounts of your payments it could get into that whole preferrential payment territory.
I'm filing around the 1st of Aug. If my payment isn't late until July 15th, they usually only tack on late fees on the first month on non-payment and don't really get aggressive until the 2nd month, I'll be filing before the 2nd payment is missed. So I'm hoping to not deal with as many calls.
Granted, that's not always the case but close to it from what I've been reading.
