The only people that got chewed out for their dress at our 341 were the attorneys.
They were cautioned that although it was not a formal court of law he expected them to dress as professionals.
That sent about 6 attorneys to their cars to get jackets and ties before they came back!

Just iron the jeans and where either shirt, whichever is more comfortable.I wore jeans, trust me everyone there is so stressed and or bummed they don`t really look at each other and you all know what your there for.The trustee just calls your name like your next in line at the deli counter. He could care less. GOOD Luck.

When I went, most people were wearing jeans and t-shirts; I am sure they see it everyday. One woman even wore sweats.

I ended up in jeans and a t shirt. Turns out my lawyer was in jeans and a button down shirt so I really didn't feel out of place at all. I'm so glad it's over with. I swear to you all the stress I've been feeling for days now left as soon I walked out of the court room.

My only problem- My underwire bra set off the metal detectors. The man was like maam I think it's your shoes can you take them off please? So I did but I knew that wasn't it. Then he's like what else are you wearing? I explained to him that I thought it was my bra. He turned a little red and told me to go on in the courtroom

I really felt embarassed. The guy was trying very hard to be professional about it. But you could tell he was ready to change the subject and get me out of there

The guy was probably more embarrassed than you were. I know I would be, even though I have a thing for underwire bras and what they support.
