so i got a notice from the ust saying they want my chapter 7 cases dimissed.there saying i have 400 dollers left on the means test ive ran the numbers a hundred times i just dont see 400 dollers a month. ive taken a pay cut this year they want me in a 13 but i really cant see paying that much and not feeling better off.so iam thinking of letting them dissmes it and trying to refile after some income drops off what do you guys think

Your lawyer should have a copy of the means test and be able to explain it all to you. Did you get this letter before or after your 341?

i have gottem a persumed abuse notice last month.and of course they have there 30 days.then go the newa the trust wants a dismalls on persumed abuse saying i have 400 dollers in dmi at the end of the month its like they pick use a part just to get what they need to.ive been over things in my mind and have written things down i just can not to that i would be 10 time wores off.so i guess iam going to have to let them dismass and wait for thing to fall of my incomeComment
