and apparently i have some papers missing not to worried about that. But what is a Financial Management Course is that the same as the Pre- Bankruptcy course and if so I filled that with my package???

Financial Management Course is the course you take after the filing but before discharge. It is different from the pre-BK credit counseling.

I recieved the same paper today in the mail. I took the prefiling course but it says we still need to take the financial management course. I think it said it has to be taken within 45 days. I'm going to double check with my lawyer tomorrow. I'd like to take it next payday and not this payday if possible.

Yes, you have 45 days from the 341. So, if you do it in a few weeks, you'll be fine.
