What do these Pacer flags mean?

We are trying to convert to 7 from a 13. Pacer is showing these flags though:
Flags: CONVERTED, FinMgmtDue, PRVDISCH, MEANSU


What do they mean especially the last one? I'm assuming it has something to do with the Means test but we are below median.

MEANSU = means test unknown (other flags are MEANSYES and MEANSNO - MEANSNO is what you want for chapter 7).

I don't have any idea why it would be unknown unless they don't have a copy of your means test.

I don't even have a copy of the means test. Because we were below median our lawyer didn't fill one out.

Is that standard procedure or should he have filled it out anyway?

That doesn't seem right. It may be different when you are converting from 13 to 7, but I'm pretty sure that everyone has to turn in a means test.

PRVDISCH means previous discharge (as in from a prior bankrupcty)

I had to do a means test and I am way below median. My pacer flag says MEANSNO.
