It was fast, but interesting. We had 2 letters from creditors, one from a CC with no collateral requesting a reaffirm, and one furniture company we owe about $3500. Any one been in this kind of situation? Our lawyer advised us to start paying if we want to, but not to reaffirm in writing, or we can see if they repo or not. This all took place before the trustee, she too all of 3 minutes. Short and sweet.

we paid on it about 9 months. My DH is unemployed at present, he starts a new job the 1st of June, and I'm sure we can afford the payment. Problem is, we are in NM and our new job is in OK. Any suggestions on how to handle that?
