Reputable Online Ch7 BK Company instead of using lawyer?
I was wondering if there was an online company I could use to answer questions and get my paperwork filled out rather then using a lawyer. I can't really afford say $900 to pay a lawyer.
No one can do this legally. It's known as ghostwriting and the Courts have been coming down hard on attorneys. Any attorney that gives you legal advice, must enter an appearance with the Court and be known that they are representing the debtor.
I don't know any lawyer who would answer questions on-line so that you can complete your Bankruptcy paperwork. (Well, just because I don't know any, doesn't mean there aren't some willing to do so.)
As a matter of fact, you wrote your question as if you don't even want a lawyer answering your questions. No one can "practice" law without being duly licensed. Answering your questions of law and providing legal advice on-line is not a good thing... for the person providing it, and especially for you.

Any advice provided is not legal advice, but simply the musings of a fellow bankrupt.

I live in CA.
Thanks!
I can not help you, but just wanted to say that if your employer offers a legal plan Bankruptcy is almost always covered. If they offer one and you do not belong see if you can join it. We used ours and all it cost was $299.00. Just throwing that out there.
