We have only lived in Maryland for a month, actually JUST got our driver's license's switched. Do we need to file in our previous state of residence? Or can we file in Maryland?

You cannot file in Maryland until you have been a resident for at least 90 days. You will still need to use your prior State's exemptions (or Federal exemptions as required) when you file on day 91.
If you need to file prior to your 91st day... you need to file in your previous State.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
