    Reporting Requirements After Filing

Does anyone know what the reporting requirements for income earned after the 341 meeting are (Chapter 7 only)? Is there sometype of document the debtor must file prior to discharge if they earn anything beyound what was included in the original petition. (Note: not asking about inheritence, death benefit, or divorce proceedings). Using the lottery for example, let's say after leaving the 341, I buy a scratch ticket and win 10K. Do I need to run back to the trustee and let him know, or just put it in my account and hope no one looks? Would the trustee even care LOL? What if I land the big job or client prior to discharge? I just feel like I'm missing some type of procedure here....

I have not be made aware of any reporting requirements after 341, but in the case of a lottery winning, I'd definitely contact my attorney to ask.

    341 on 4/15/2009

At your 341 the TT will tell you, you are obligated to tell them if you receive money with in 6 months. I don't remember how they said it, but it said something about inheritence etc. I don't think it meant getting a good paying job. More so getting a lump some of money.
