Had my 341 today in northern NY. Trustee was very nice. Simple question he was friendly respectful. I was upside down with70000 in CC debt. Over 40000 to chase. When they called to see if anyone was here to object none. In fact their was no one for any of the cases. Guess I just start counting down the 60 days.

May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!

it was a 7 joint with me and my wife.Name id any pending lawsuits, give away any money, are you going to inherit any money.The answers were all no.Yes I was nervous but he looked at us and said before my lawyer talked that this was a no asset case.In and out. The building in Albany NY itself was a pain, no name on it no visitor parking glad i gave ourselves lots of time to get there.Comment
