No. There is a bar date which keeps them from filing after a specific date. This date is by law (Bankruptcy Code) and is 60 days after the 341 Meeting.
Your discharge could take months. But that bar date for filing an objection is fixed.
MDF also has a form "Request by Pro Se Debtor to Receive Electronic Notification" which you can download from the MDF Website or obtain from the Clerk when you file. It is free so don't see the need for Pacer.
Filed Ch7 5/28/09 (Pro Se) Orlando, 341 7/01, UST selected case for audit 7/01, Last day for objection 8/31. Audit report filed 9/10, no material misstatements. Discharged and closed 9/22/2009
but we have had what we call our black cloud following us and if it is screwed up & out of the norm it will happens to us
So that is where my cloud went? Or at least a part of it.
As has been stated by others, my info on 341 was several weeks in coming even though the meeting had been scheduled.
I signed up for Pacer, went there two times only to see how things looked and have not been back since. After the 341 it is only a matter of time and checking Pacer every day will not make things go any faster. Besides, I run my life now as if everything has been completed anyway so I look at it like it doesn't matter.
