The last day for creditor objections was March 15,2009. Passed without an issue or objection.

341 hearing is June 8, 2009.

Last day for TT objection is June 11, 2009.

I assume creditors cannot file now.

I also assume that since June 11 is so close to June 8 that the TT absent cause MUST decide something by the 341 date.

Am I debt free save for whatever they make me pay if they throw me into a 13.

I SO want to get this over. I've been in 341 purgatory for 6 months now.

You'll have resolution June 8 one way or the other. The very worst that can happen is that you'll be making payments in a 13, but I hope that's not the case for you. It will be over soon and you'll be able to move on... hang in there!
