How Come PACER doesn't find me

When I run a query? I filed in April

I go into bankrptcy side and type ss #. it will come up

My court's doesn't have SS> Can someone please help me? I am logged in just fine and I am running queries, and they're certainly charging me the 8 cents every time I have an empty query, soooo.... I'm in the right spot.

My district's allows you to search by last name of party, last name of attorney or case number and I've tried everything/all of those. Nothing comes up- even for my attorney's last name, so obviously I'm doing something wrong htere.

Oh, it does pull up my last name and OTHER people's cases with my last name! But it doesn't find mine and cannot find my case number at all.

I know I'm "in the system" as I have my notice of 341....

Are you sure you are in the bankrupcty court portion or are you in the regular district court for your state?

I have the same issue when I go through my court district. Click on United States Party/Case Index under Nation Index. You will then login in if you arent already. The click on Bankruptcy.

Works for me now.
