We had our consult today with an attorney recommended by another member here (thank you, btw). We liked him so we paid our retainer fee. We have a tentative schedule of filing in late July to let some income drop off. Other than that, he thought our numbers looked good. So hopefully no issues come up.
It's weird that I'm just starting the process but already feels like such a relief to have things underway. I can't imagine what it'll be like when we get the discharge. lol
Now, I need start on my 'homework' package and start reading. I'm sure glad I found this place. It has helped alleviate alot of worry and stress and we haven't even filed yet. ;)
