    1. i have one car valued in kelly blue book as 9,150
    i owe 9548
i put it on schedule D
    and F.
and then im re affirming it .
Now what code is that then
i just put it on the exemption
just the car, and the value at kelly. i cant find the code.
    im using system 1

    2. on the means test i put 4 household size. on part III application of 707(b)(7) exclusion
on number 13 question i multiply my gross income to 12
and on the number 14 it asked u what state which is CA then household size is 4 then total median income? are they referring for the 6 months ? or the monthly income for 4? coz on number 11 it asked my income and my spouse
my spouse 0 and so just mine . and on 12 i put the total
so what is the question number 14?

    1. The law is 704.010 (this goes on sched C). The car goes on schedules B, C, and D. Do not put it on schedule F.

    2. Question 14: You need to look up the number here. In your case, it is $79,971.

    3. Under System 1, there is no exemption for cash unless it is from Social Security or other public benefits.

I just took a look at some of your other posts, so I am going to list new answers below:
    0. Use System 2, not 1. You only use 1 if you are exempting a house with a lot of equity.
    1. Under system 2, the code is 703.140(b)(2)
    2. Same
    3. 703.140(b)(5) and you can keep your cash

In response to another post I read, student loans do not go on Schedule E.
