Once I filed, a lawfirm in Pa. filed a notice of appearence on behalf of Amex.
It's a nonevent.
The only company that filed a motion like this to our case was Best buy thru another company. They just want to be apprised if the trustee can located any assets. They called us after our discharge to see if we still owned any of the eletronics. We told them the computer died of a virus (which it did) and they questioned our camcorder and asked if it was digital(which it wasn't). They then said they would call us back if they felt it was something they might want back. Haven't heard from them since.
I just had a notice filed on my case as well. Our is from the mortgage company. They seem to be the only mortgage company that moves quick! I also thought that meant someone wants to show up!
