It is Day 62 after the 341 meeting, I just found out on Pacer that I got discharged.
my income is below median so the case went easy. I even got to keep my income tax return. I have 2 cars in my name but one is actually my wife's, she paid for it, we just put it in my name since I had a non expired license plate at the time and money was too tight to buy a new one in her name. Since she is not filling with me, we got to keep both cars also.
Bottom line is that if you are genuinely in need of Bankruptcy and it is the last resort, the trustee will understand your situation no matter what you own or owe.
