I am so mad

I have one A/R due in, was expecting it early this week. Had been told it was mailed out late last week. All my others have gotten to me but not this one. I absolutely can't file until I get this one in.

My attorney is waiting for me to call and go back in to review the paperwork but he said to wait until I had this one in. We were both thinking by the end of this week.

Now I am on hold to take any more money to order goods etc. until I get this filed.

I get a plan in place and then someone screws it up.

Been there

I've been in your position and then waited for over 30 days! Wouldn't it be great if you could just tell a client that they're screwing up your bankruptcy?

Finally, the check got here and I got it into the bank before today;s cutoff.

So then I call my attorneys office, they told me to wait until I got the check, there would be openings. No openings tomorrow. I explained my situation and she put me through to his voicemail. He called back about 6 tonight and told me to be at his office at 2 tomorrow and we would review and I could sign the papers.

So if I can sign tomorrow, by Monday they should be able to file. Pray all goes well.

Whewwww! At least you got the check now and can sign tomorrow. Congratulations! That must be a big relief...

Signed the papers today, and will file on Monday!!

As I am signing he is going over the questions for the 341, askiing me the questions just like the Trustee's do. He said simple Yes and No answers.

I found out he spent all morning in court, back for 20 minutes to the office, then back to court, back to office for my 2:00 and then back to court for more 341's.

I asked him if he saw any problems and he said no, should be cut and dry. I hope he right!
