Finally filed yesterday!

Lots of mixed emotions. Under median by about $80 and discharging 136K (includes student loan) Attorney said to go home and relax. I told him once the 341 was over we would! We did so well for 4 years never missed a payment always paid more than min and then last year in Feb lost my job and took 9 months to find another. Then interest rates went to 30% and was totally downhill from there. I feel awful having to file but also understand we had no choice. We are keeping house and 2 cars (hopefully) all are current. Guess it could be worse! Our 341 is set for June 10th. I hope it comes quickly.

I would not feel so bad.. You're creditors slit their own throats when they jacked up their rates to loan shark levels..

Mine cut my credit lines, changed due dates..which incurred late charges and jacked up my interest. I stopped paying to preserve cash... Screw em..

I am judgment proof currently..
