My own business...(Mechanic)

Hi, my bankruptcy paperwork says to list all vehicles that have my name on the title. I am a self employed mechanic, and I have tons of old junker vehicles that I use for "parts"....I do not drive them, I just take parts off of them, for other peoples vehicles. Do I have to list these vehicles? Or are these vehicles consisdered part of my parts inventory for work? Thank you

Well, do they have titles (salvage or other)? Is your name on them? If so, they have value. The Trustee is looking for money!!! If you answered yes to both those questions, list them.

Otherwise, they are still "property" and should be listed somewhere.
