just finished 341 today...finally
Judge ask us a series of mandatory question with simple yes or no answer. But, the trustee were there and asked us if refinance our house which we are surrendering. Of course, who can refinance if you are under water of half of the purchased price. Then she also asked about our income which she said it doesn't match with our 2008 and 2009 income. I told her that I lost my full job last January because I was forced to leave the job. All I have is my part time job now so there is a big dropped on our income and my wife was limited to do over time due to our present economy. Trustee said, ok with it and now she know why our income didn't match from last year. Hopefully, we will just wait for the discharge in 60days. We were in and out in 10 mins. What do you think guys of our situation for discharge?
