Received tax refund...used it to pay $299 fee.
I received my tax refund the week i filed and used it to pay the $299 filing fee. Do you think this will be a problem because even though I exempted it using the wildcard here in CA, I don't know if the trustee will want it...it's only $1700, but I am down to $1500.

We used our refund to pay the lawyer (2700) and the rest for expenses. It is G-O-N-E.
Our lawyer actually said it was a good decision to save it to use for filing. We had intended it use it to pay down cards but we realized it was not even going to make enough of a dent to make it worth it.Ch 7 Filed: 4/27/09
